Membership of the Association is regulated by Article 76 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the provisions of the Statute of our Association. The membership structure of our Association consists of Valuation Institutions authorized by the Capital Markets Board (Board) and Appraisers who hold Valuation Licenses.
Following their authorization by the Board, Valuation Institutions are obliged to apply for Membership to our Association within three months from the date on which Appraisers are entitled to receive a license. The licenses of Appraisers and the authorizations of Valuation Institutions that do not fulfill their obligations are revoked by the Board.
