Committee of Appraisers

The establishment, working and functioning principles of the Committee of Appraisers, which operates with the aim of expanding and regulating the professional fields of activity, are established in accordance with the Statute of the Association of Appraisers of Türkiye and the Regulation on the Establishment, Working and Functioning Principles of the Professional Working Committees of the Association of Appraisers of Türkiye (Regulation).

· Strengthening the representation of individual Members within the Association,

· Evaluating the financial, technical and legal problems encountered by individual members in the practice of their profession, sharing them with the Association organs, and seeking permanent solutions,

· Continuous and regular monitoring of the position, distribution and responsibilities of individual Members within the sector,

· Contacting Appraisers who are licensed but not in the sector, are not yet members of the Association or have left the valuation sector, investigating the reasons for their preferences and announcing them to the sector, preventing brain drain from the sector and carrying out studies that will attract Appraisers who have left the sector back to the sector,

· Conducting research and reporting on behalf of the Board of Directors of Association and providing advisory opinions to the Board of Directors.

· Developing professional solidarity and collegiality awareness.

· Expansion and regulation of their fields of activity, greater protection of their rights and benefits by the Association.

The Committee is formed by our members who are real persons and who operate in different fields, with the aim of strengthening representation and communication. The distribution of Committee Members according to their fields of activity is as follows:

· 3 Members who provide services by signing contracts with valuation companies without being employed full-time.

· 2 Members who are bank personnel and take part in the control of valuation reports in banks.

· 2 Members employed full-time in valuation companies.

· 2 Members working in public institutions.
