Audit Board

The Audit Board consists of three permanent and three substitute members elected by the General Assembly from among Appraiser candidates who are not Board Members.

The term of office of the members of the Board of Auditors is two years. If, for any reason, a permanent membership becomes vacant during the term, the person receiving the most votes from among the substitute members of the permanent member who becomes vacant is elected as the Member of the Board of Auditors to complete the term of office of that member.

The Audit Board is responsible for examining all accounts and transactions of the Association and presenting its views on the work of the Association in a report to the ordinary general assembly meetings.
