Member of the Supervisory BoardThe Audit Board consists of three permanent and three substitute members elected by the General Assembly from among Appraiser candidates who are not Board Members.

The term of office of the members of the Board of Auditors is two years. If, for any reason, a permanent membership becomes vacant during the term, the person receiving the most votes from among the substitute members of the permanent member who becomes vacant is elected as the Member of the Board of Auditors to complete the term of office of that member.
The Audit Board is responsible for examining all accounts and transactions of the Association and presenting its views on the work of the Association in a report to the ordinary general assembly meetings.
AYHAN ÖZMUTLU
Born in Istanbul in 1981, Ayhan ÖZMUΤLU graduated from Fırat University, Faculty of Technical Education (Department of Architectural Drafting Teacher Education) in 2004 and from the Department of Civil Engineering at Karabük University in 2021. After working at a private company as a project management supervisor from 2006 to 2010, he joined Vizyon Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in 2010 as a full-time valuation specialist. Within the company, he served as an auditor in 2014; as Technical Manager for the European Side of Istanbul in 2015; as Mersin Branch Manager in 2016; and since 2017 he has been based in Ankara, serving as Central Anatolia Regional Manager.
ERDENİZ ERBEY
Born in Adana, Erdeniz ERBEY began his corporate career in early 2008 at Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş. as a Sales Officer, continued at Finansbank A.Ş. as a Sales Officer, and then served as a Retail Banking Portfolio Officer at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası A.Ş. He left the finance/banking sector in July 2014 for health reasons. While working in finance, he developed an interest in the valuation field and obtained his Real Estate Appraisal License in 2015. He has since continued his career in the valuation sector, serving as a solution partner for valuation companies in the Adana region. In addition to this role, he acts as a real estate expert witness for the Ministry of Justice and provides services as a real estate consultant.
His education includes the Accounting Department of a Commerce High School, the Department of Business Administration at Gaziantep University, and the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University. He is currently pursuing a non-thesis Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Management at Ankara University. Erdeniz ERBEY is married with three children, was born in Adana, and is 38 years old.
ÖZGÜR NEHİR
After graduating in 2005 from Istanbul University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Geophysical Engineering, Özgür NEHİR began his career at the family business, Ağva Paradise Hotel. In 2008, he entered the valuation sector by working as an external solution partner for valuation companies. He joined Eva Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Eva Real Estate Valuation & Consultancy) in 2010 as a “Valuation Assistant” and left in 2013 as a “Manager.” He then served as “Istanbul Regional Manager” at the Ankara-based Dora Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş., where he oversaw the establishment, organizational setup, and management of the company’s Istanbul office.
Since the second half of 2013, as a co-founder of Galata Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş., he has held the position of “Responsible Valuation Expert / General Manager,” a role he continues to hold. Throughout his active tenure in the industry, Özgür NEHİR has taken part in—and overseen—the valuation, development, and feasibility studies of numerous high-value and complex real estate assets. Born in Istanbul in 1980, he is married and the father of one daughter.
