Vocational Training and Research Committee

The establishment, work and operation principles of the Vocational Training and Research Committee are established in accordance with Article 26 of the Statute of the Association of Appraisers of Türkiye (Statute) and the Regulation on the Establishment, Work and Operation Principles of the Professional Working Committees of the Association of Appraisers of Türkiye (Regulation).

Duties of the Vocational Training and Research Committee are as follows:

·         To determine rules, procedures and methods in order to ensure that training is organized regarding the professional development of members,

·         To conduct research on all subjects that fall within the scope of the valuation profession,

·         To announce the results of the research to the Members, relevant institutions and organizations or the public, within the framework and in the manner determined by the Board of Directors,

·         To organize the training activities to be given by the Association,

·         To ensure the professional development of real persons who are members of the Association within a certain systematic framework,

·         To monitor the professional development of appraisers employed by legal entities that are members of the Association, through the rules, procedures and methods to be established,

·         To carry out analysis and data production studies on the valuation reports submitted by the Association Members.

·         To prepare written and visual publications on topics that the sector will need.
